As a Senior Audio Producer, you will be responsible for creating engaging audio stories from concept to final realization, helping to strengthen the creative heart of the brand and to build up our content catalog.

You will be applying your skills in narrative storytelling from script editing to casting, from studio directing to overseeing post production. You will be involved in supporting the team in bringing to life new content initiatives as we expand our offerings.

This role is suited for those who love driving projects across the finish line, and are energized by working on a variety of projects simultaneously.


  • Create outstanding audio stories from soup to nuts, including but not limited to: setting production timelines and budgets, working with writers to provide script notes, casting, directing, and guiding creative vision through post-production.
  • Direct and guide recording sessions to bring out the best performances possible, working with a range of creatives, from new-to-audio to high-profile talent.
  • Maintain a balance of brand consistency and creative freshness.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects following established brand guidelines.
  • Support the development of new content initiatives, brainstorming ideas and pitching new audio stories.
  • Support all audio needs across the company, e.g., audio snippets for marketing, assets for the books team, podcast scheduling, etc.
  • Assist in streamlining of production processes, tracking, and archiving of assets.
  • Assist in building our voice-over talent pool and network of creative partners.
  • Able to interface and take feedback from multiple stakeholders. This requires professional maturity and a lean-in attitude.


  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a producer of audio content or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of storytelling structure and content creation for audio-only formats.
  • Strong knowledge of audio production pipelines, recording techniques, and DAWs.
  • Effectively communicate ideas and creative vision across production partners, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ease and effectiveness in working with high profile clients, ability to coach and guide recording sessions to bring out the best performances.
  • Ease in handling high volume of projects without compromising quality.
  • Strong management skills
  • Able to prioritize and work methodically to meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of creative thinking and innovation.
  • Experience in negotiating rates, contracts, and budget tracking.
  • Able to work in a team of creative individuals to accomplish a shared vision.
