THE ROLE AND IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

Rebel Girls team members relentlessly innovate on behalf of our community and actively participate in a strong culture of rapid experimentation, applied learnings, and growth. 

As Campaign Manager, Marketing, you will drive the team’s tentpole initiatives including product and book launches, as well as seasonal campaigns and digital content initiatives. This role will assist in the day-to-day operations and needs from Rebel Girls’ internal team(s) and marketing agencies. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Lead and manage multiple marketing based projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved. 
  •  Take initiative ensuring assigned project success from beginning to end, with little supervision. 
  • Ensure year-over-year growth of new book launch pre-orders.
  • Collaborate with the design team, editorial teams, communications and brand team, and key stakeholders to prioritize creative requests, track asset creation and traffic creative for approval.  
  • Maintain marketing documents including launch calendars, project deliverables lists, presentations and recaps.
  • Assist with miscellaneous duties as necessary, including but not limited to gathering materials for internal or external presentations, tracking performance metrics, building recap reports. 
  • Work with paid media agencies to ensure delivered ads and content are on-brand and ladder to any larger campaign. 

YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Minimum 4 years working as a marketing assistant, project manager, or in another adjacent role.
  • Experience working on full digital marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable working cross functionally and with remote teams.
  • Incredibly organized.
  • Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Trello, and social media schedulers such as Creator Studio, Meltwater.

Bonus Points!

  • Knowledge of Canva or Adobe design software.
  • Interest and/or prior experience in children’s media.
  • Knowledge of current/trending voices in the feminist, or parenting community.
